How to open a trading account

For clients who would like to open a trading account with UOBKH, please follow the following steps:

1. Print out the "application form" and fill in all the requested information, sign and attach the following documents

1. A certified copy of an authorized identification card or passport
2. A certified copy of a house registration or work permit
3. A certified copy of the latest month’s pay slip
4. Duty Stamp of 30 THB

5. A certified copy of a bank statement detailing activity for last 6 months


2. Mail all the completed application form along with all the required documents to:

3. You will be notified via email of your account number and how to register on www.utrade.co.th when your trading account application has been approved

How to register through www.utrade.co.th
Once your trading account application has been approved, you will need to register through www.utrade.co.th to set your username and password to log in to the system. The steps are as follows: Access www.utrade.co.th, click “Open an Account” and choose “Open Equity Account” Complete the registration form (* fields have to be filled) and click “Register”. The system will display "Congratulations! Your registration process is complete" After the completion of the registration process, UOBKH will activate your trading account shortly

There are 3 additional charging fees applied to all trading of securities listed by SET and MAI as the following:
1. Trading Fees: the company will charge for SET. At a rate of 0.005% value per day
2. Clearing Fees: the company will charge for TSD. At a rate of 0.001% value per day
3. The Regulatory Fees: At a rate of 0.001% value per day

**Remark:
1. Minimum trading fee is baht 50 for each traditional and online accounts
(Before Trading fees, Clearing fees, The Regulatory fees and VAT).  Except Cash Balance Account (No minimum commission charge) 
2. Incase no trading or no match for your trading, there will not be any charge for that day.
3. ATS fee (Bank Fee) charged by the bank at the rate of 14 baht/time

How to deposit cash into account for collateral

To deposit cash into account for collateral , the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 baht
where deposit channels for brokerage customer are listed below
1. Payment through automatic transferring system
2. Payment through method providing traceable evidence. For Example, Counter Bank, ATM, Internet, and Mobile App.
3.Payment through Bahtnet at counter bank (For a large amount of money)

Transfer money through Bill Payment Channel

Customers can deposit money by Bill payment method through 10 listed commercial banks: UOB, SCB, BBL, KBANK, KTB, TMB, BAY, LH, TBANK, and CIMB. For more convenience, UTRADE provides Bill Payment Card for new account customers. The customers can use bar code from bill payment card to complete a transaction with counter bank and ATM at your desired deposit without entering any form.
